K+S reduces size of executive board, extends contracts of chairman and CFO

Potash and magnesium products producer K+S (Kassel, Germany) has announced the extension of the contract of Norbert Steiner, chairman, until May 2017. His contract was scheduled to expire in May 2015. The supervisory board has, at the same time, extended the term of office of Burkhard Lohr, CFO, by five years, until May 2020.
