Graphene NanoChem and Emery Oleochemicals form JV to develop enhanced specialty chemical additives

Platinum NanoChem (Kuala Lumpur), a wholly owned subsidiary of Graphene NanoChem (Kuala Lumpur), has signed an agreement for a joint venture collaboration with Emery Advanced Materials, a subsidiary of Emery Oleochemicals (Selangor, Malaysia), focused on developing a new generation of specialty chemicals for plastic additives, biobased lubricants, and rubber. Through the planned jv, Emery and Graphene will work together to create a plan for the development of a new generation of ready-to-use, graphene-enhanced, specialty chemical additives...
