European Commission: Inspectors Raid Plastic Pipe Suppliers

The European Commission says antitrust inspectors last week raided several companies that supply plastic pipes and fittings used in the sewage industry. The commission, which acts as antitrust regulator in the European Union (EU), said that on June 26 commission officials carried out raids on companies active in this industry in several member states.
