EU Commission Clears Wavin's Acquisition by Mexichem

The European Commission has cleared the acquisition of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe systems producer Wavin NV (Zwolle, the Netherlands) by Mexichem (Tlalnepantla, Mexico).
