Dynea Divests Paper Overlays Business in Finland to Surfactor

Dynea Chemicals (Helsinki) says it has sold its paper overlays business and assets based at Kitee, Finland to Surfactor Finland (Helsinki). The plant produces phenolic surface films and employs 36 people who will continue to work for the new owners. Sales of the Kitee based operation in 2011 were € 17 million ($21.8 million).
