Dimitri de Vreeze to succeed Nico Gerardu on the board of DSM

The supervisory board of DSM will propose at the annual general meeting on 3 May to appoint Dimitri de Vreeze to the board of DSM with responsibility for the company’s materials sciences clusters, with effect from 1 September. De Vreeze will succeed Nico Gerardu, who will retire from the company after a long career.   De Vreeze, a Dutch national, is at present director/DSM resins.
