DSM to acquire US nutrition firm for $634 million

DSM says it has entered into an agreement to acquire Fortitech (Schenectady, NY) in an all-cash transaction valued at $634 million. Fortitech is a leader in customized, value-added food-ingredient blends for the food and beverage, infant nutrition, and dietary-supplement industries, DSM says.
