DSM to Focus on Life Sciences and Materials, Divest Major Businesses

Sijbesma: Looking to accelerate sales growth. DSM has announced a major strategy shift that involves building up its life sciences and material sciences portfolio further, and divesting or partnering other businesses. The group says it will make the changes through 2010. To accommodate the planned changes, DSM will create five reporting clusters.
