DKSH acquires Swiss specialty chemicals distributor

Distribution company DKSH (Zurich) says it has acquired Staerkle & Nagler (Zollikon, Switzerland), a specialty chemicals distributor. DKSH says the deal strengthens its position in the Asian market and the European operations of its performance materials business unit. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
