Croda CFO steps down

Croda (Goole, UK) says that its CFO Sean Christie will step down in April 2015, after nine years at the company. Croda's sales tripled, to more than £1 billion/year, during this period, the company says. Croda says it will start an "extensive international search" for a successor to Christie, who is leaving to "build a portfolio of nonexecutive positions."
