Clariant and Sioen Swap Lines

Clariant Masterbatches says it will acquire Sioen Industries’ European Masterbatches (Bornem, Belgium), and that Sioen will buy Clariant’s polyvinyl chloride pigment pastes produced at St. Jeoire, France.
