Celanese Lifts Earnings Estimates

Celanese says it has raised its full-year 2007 adjusted earnings estimate from $3.10-$3.20/share, to $3.26-$3.31/share, and raised its operating Ebitda estimate from $1.24 billion-$1.27 billion, to $1.285 billion-$1.295 billion. “Continued strength in the acetyl business and successful execution of its strategic growth objectives contribute to the company’s increased outlook,” Celanese says.
