Regions :: Western Europe Brenntag reports higher profits and sales, despite challenging conditions7:56 AM MST | November 7, 2012 | Ian Young Brenntag reported a 19% increase in profit after tax for the third quarter of 2012 compared with the same period of last year, to €80 million, on sales up 11.5%, to €2.47 billion. Operating Ebitda edged up slightly, to €168 million, and gross profit increased 11%, to €493 million. Earnings per share were up 18%, to €1.53.
