Brenntag Buys Two Yara Facilities

Brenntag says it has agreed to acquire Yara International’s nitrogen chemical distribution and production facilities at Köping, Sweden and Tertre, Belgium. Terms were not disclosed. The deal is expected to close during the second quarter, pending regulatory approval.
