Bayer Offers TDI from Pilot Unit

Bayer MaterialScience (BMS) says it is offering extra quantities of toluene diisocyanate (TDI) to cover sudden peaks in demand, through a 30,000-ton/year pilot installation at its Dormagen, Germany site. Customers can place orders for individual tanker loads through BMS’s Web site. “This service is intended to help customers avoid sudden bottlenecks.
