Bayer MaterialScience to Set Up Polycarbonate Sheet JV in India

Bayer MaterialScience says it has entered into an agreement with Malibu Plastica (Ahmedabad, India), a leading polycarbonate sheet producer in India, to set up a joint venture that will supply polycarbonate sheets to the Indian market. The jv will be called Bayer Malibu Polymers Private Limited and will be headquartered at Ahmedabad.
