Bayer CropScience Acquires French Wheat Breeding Station

Bayer CropScience says it has acquired a wheat breeding station at Milly-la Forêt, France, from privately owned RAGT Semences (Paris). The station takes up about 77 hectares of land and an additional 100 hectares in leased property,  greenhouses, and laboratories. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
