BOC Wins 10-year Contract to Supply Gases to MSD in Ireland

BOC, a subsidiary of the Linde group, has won a €1.5-million ($1.88 million) contract from pharmaceuticals firm MSD, a unit of Merck, for the provision over the next 10 years of gases and technology to MSD’s Rathdrum, County Wicklow, Ireland, pharmaceuticals plant. The plant develops and produces active pharmaceutical ingredients for MSD products manufactured at other sites around the world.
