Air Liquide Completes Gasmedi Acquisition

Air Liquide says it has completed apreviously announced acquisition of Gasmedi (Madrid) for an enterprise value of €330 million ($427.8 million). Air Liquide, following the approval by the Spanish competition authority, has gained full control of Gasmedi, the third largest player in Spain’s home health-care sector. Gasmedi has more than 500 employees and cares for 125,000 patients in 14 of Spain’s 17 regions.
