ADM and Wilmar get approval for partnership in fertilizers

Agribusiness group Wilmar International (Singapore) says that Wilmar and Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) have received regulatory approvals for their partnerships in the global fertilizers business. The partnership will be based at Rolle, Switzerland, and the two companies will collaborate for the purchase and distribution of fertilizers. The two companies have also launched a partnership for the sale and marketing of vegetable oils and fats in Europe, as well as a partnership in global ocean freight.
