Toyobo polyester resins JV facility in Thailand begins full-scale operations

Toyobo Chemicals Thailand (Phanthong Chonburi, Thailand), a joint venture between Toyobo and Mitsubishi Corp., has started full-scale operations at a polyester resins plant at Amata Nakom Industrial Estate, Chonburi Province, Thailand, Toyobo announced. The size of the investment and production capacity of the plant were not disclosed. Toyobo has polyester manufacturing facilities at three locations in Japan: Inuyama, Iwakuni, and Tsuruga.
