Teijin to establish tire cord JV in Thailand

Teijin and its wholly owned Teijin Frontier (Osaka) subsidiary will accelerate their automotive rubber materials business in Thailand by establishing a tire cord partnership there with Ayaha (Otsu, Japan), a company specializing in tire cord production. Teijin Frontier will hold a 56.66% stake in the joint venture, Ayaha will hold 33.34%, and Teijin will hold the remaining 10%.
