Teijin establishes subsidiary in Thailand

Teijin says it has established Teijin Corp. Thailand, a wholly owned subsidiary that will produce and sell the previously announced newly developed meta-aramid fiber. The new subsidiary, which was officially established on 30 September, is headquartered in the premises of Teijin Polyester Thailand, at Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani Province. Teijin Corp. Thailand will produce the meta-aramid fiber at a previously announced new plant to be built within the premises of Teijin Thailand in the Bang Pa-In Industrial Estate, in Ayutthaya Province.
