(Bangkok) says it has received a letter of intent from Solvay Biochemicals Thailand to provide engineering, procurement, and construction management services for Solvay’s previously announced epichlorohydrin plant at Map Ta Phut, Thailand (CW, Feb. 11/18, p. 17).
