Sasol, Petronas and Uzbekneftegaz Sign GTL JV Agreement

Uzbekneftegaz (Tashkent, Uzbekistan), Sasol and Petronas have signed a joint venture agreetment to develop a $2.5 billion gas-to-liquids (GTL) project in Uzbekistan. The move follows the signing earlier this year of a heads of agreement and memorandum of understanding. The partners will have equal stakes in the jv.
