The move follows the signing earlier this year of a heads of agreement and memorandum of understanding. The partners will have equal stakes in the jv. The GTL facility will use Sasol's slurry phase distillate process to produce 1.3 million m.t./year of high quality products including GTL diesel, GTL kerosene, GTL naphtha, and liquefied petroleum gas.
