The merger will create a new company, which will be positioned as PTT’s petrochemical flagship with petrochemical production capacity of 8.2 million m.t./year and petroleum products capacity of 228,000 barrels/day. The merged company will be the largest integrated petrochemical and refining company in Thailand, PTT says.
