PTT Affiliates Complete Merger, Creating PTT Global Chemical

PTT Chemical, and PTT Aromatics and Refining--each company an affiliate of energy firm PTT (Bangkok)--have completed their previously announced merger to create PTT Global Chemical. The merged entity is "Thailand's largest and Asia's leading integrated petrochemical and refining company," PTT says.
