Indorama Changes Names of Acquired Old World Assets

Indorama Ventures (Bangkok), which completed the acquisition, earlier this month, of the chemical assets of Old World Industries (Northbrook, IL), including a production facility at Clear Lake, TX, for $795 million, says it has changed the name of the two acquired entities.
