Dow to Build Propylene Glycol Plant in Thailand

Dow Chemical says it plans to build a 150,000-m.t./year propylene glycol (PG) plant at Map Ta Phut, Thailand. The new PG facility will use propylene oxide (PO) derived from Dow’s hydrogen peroxide to propylene oxide (HPPO) joint venture currently under construction at Map Ta Phut.
