A new, day-zero initiative took place at the Asia Petrochemical Industry Conference (APIC) at Pattaya, Thailand, today at the request of IHS clients. Attended by several hundred clients, the seminar kicked off with an overview of the global economy and, in particular, the pressures on Asian economies and the dangers of a Chinese slowdown.
