SCG Chemicals and A. Schulman form rotational molding compound JV

A. Schulman and SCG Chemicals, the chemical subsidiary of Siam Cement Group (SCG; Bangkok), have formed a joint venture called SCG ICO Polymers that will be involved in the rotational molding compound business, SCG says. SCG Chemicals will hold an 87% stake in the jv, which will combine the Thailand-based rotational molding compound assets of SCG Chemicals with Schulman’s Malaysia-based assets, SCG says.
