Yule Catto Acquires Aqueous Polymers Producer

Yule Catto (Harlow, U.K.) has acquired Quality Polymer (Pasir Gudang, Malaysia), a producer of aqueous polymers, from Nippon Paint Malaysia for £10 million. The acquisition allows Yule Catto to expand its Southeast Asian production and sales of acrylic and vinylic polymer dispersions for the adhesives, building products, and coating sectors, Yule Catto says.
