Vopak sells Malaysia chemicals terminal subsidiary

Vopak says it has completed the divestment of its 100% equity interest in Vopak Terminals Pasir Gudang (VTPG; Pasir Gudang, Malaysia), to PGEO Group (Pasir Gudang), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wilmar International (Singapore).
