Stepan Increases Ownership in Stepan Philippines

Stepan (Northfield, IL) says it has increased its controlling interest in Stepan Philippines (Muntinlupa, Philippines) from 89% to 100%. Stepan Philippines operates a surfactant manufacturing plant, south of Manila, which began as a joint venture.
