Singapore’s PCS Seeks Added Value

Petrochemical Corporation of Singapore (PCS), a joint venture between Shell Chemicals and a Japanese consortium led by Sumitomo Chemical, is working on several value-adding investment projects, says Stan Park, deputy managing director of PCS. Park, on a secondment from Shell, has been with PCS for more than one year under a rotational appointment that typically lasts about three years.
