Singapore Aromatics Complex Faces Delays

Jurong Aromatics Corp.’s (JAC; Singapore) previously announced $2-billion-plus aromatics project in Singapore is facing severe delays, CW has learned (CW, July 14, 2008, p. 21). The company originally wanted to complete the project in 2011, but it now says that the complex will not be onstream until late 2012 or early 2013.
