Shell and Mitsubishi Sever Singapore Styrene Link

Royall: Carefully evaluating Sadaf 3. Shell Chemicals and Mitsubishi Chemical have terminated an agreement that granted Mitsubishi offtake rights to styrene made at the Seraya Chemical and Ellba Eastern plants in Singapore, CW has learned.
