Shell Singapore Fire Is out; Progress with Qatar Project

A fire at the Shell Bukom refinery in Singapore has been extinguished but the company will close the downstream complex for safety checks and to investigate the cause, Ben van Buerden, CEO of Shell Chemicals tells CW.
