The refinery was closed following a fire last week and the company is currently analyzing the causes of the accident. Shell confirms that it has declared force majeure on deliveries of ethylene glycol (EG), propylene oxide (PO), and styrene from the company’s plants at nearby Jurong Island, which receive feedstock from the 800,000-m.t./year...
