Petronas to Build Urea Complex

Petronas Chemicals (Kuala Lumpur) has confirmed previously announced plans to build a $1.2-billion fertilizer complex. It says it will construct a urea plant with capacity for 1.2 million m.t./year in the Malaysian state of Sabah, on the island of Borneo.
