Perstorp to Build 2-Ethylhexanoic Acid Capacity in Singapore

Perstorp (Perstorp, Sweden) says it will expand its production capacity for 2-ethylhexanoic acid (2-EHA) by establishing production at the company’s manufacturing site in Singapore. The new capacity is expected to come onstream in 2013. “The expansion is driven by the increased demand for 2-EHA and will amount to 40,000 m.t./year.
