Evonik Industries to commission several plants next year

Evonik Industries says it will, next year, bring onstream €1 billion ($1.4 billion) in investments in high-growth emerging markets. These include four large-scale production facilities. A 150,000-m.t./year DL-methionine plant will be completed in Singapore in the third quarter of 2014 at a cost of €500 million. The facility will supply the animal feed industry.
