Burel, a project development company, plans to site the complex in the Gebeng industrial park at Kuantan, Malaysia. It will be based on a1.5-million m.t./year naphtha cracker and include two 500,000 m.t./year each Univation technology lines, which will produce the full range of linear low- to high-density polyethylene.
