BASF Opens Electronics R&D Center in Singapore

BASF says it opened a S$4-million ($2.6-million) organic electronics R&D center in Singapore last week. The center will conduct research activities in printed electronics, organic light emitting diodes, organic biosensors, and organic photovoltaics. The company opened its first Asian nanotechnology center, the “Competence Center for Nanostructured Surfaces, in Singapore last year.
