Regions :: Southeast Asia :: Singapore Air Liquide to Supply Shell Singapore Plant2:11 PM MDT | August 8, 2007 | DR Air Liquide has signed an agreement to supply industrial gases to Shell’s planned Bukom Island, Singapore petrochemical complex. Singapore Oxygen Air Liquide (SOXAL), a 100% subsidiary of Air Liquide, will supply oxygen and nitrogen to the Bukom complex, which will comprise plants producing olefins and ethylene glycol. SOXAL will construct a 1,200-m.t./day air separation unit (ASU) that is expected to be functional by the third quarter of 2009.
