ExxonMobil Chemical's recently expanded petrochemical complex in Singapore. ExxonMobil Chemical says that it will build facilities to manufacture halobutyl rubber and Escorez hydrogenated hydrocarbon resin at its recently expanded petrochemical complex in Singapore. Engineering and procurement activities have begun, and construction is expected to begin in the second half of 2014, the company says. The project is expected to be completed in 2017.
