Clariant and Wilmar receive clearance for amines JV

Clariant and agrobusiness group Wilmar International (Singapore) say that they have received the relevant merger clearances for the establishment of their previously announced 50-50 joint venture, which, referred to as "the global amines company" in press releases, is now in operation. The global amines company will be the global platform for production and sales of fatty amines and selected amines derivatives.
