Trader Integra jointly acquires Singapore tanker operator

Integra Holdings (Singapore), the parent of trading company Integra Petrochemicals, says it has agreed with bulk shipping company Cldn-Cobelfret (Luxembourg) to acquire jointly the assets of tanker operator Broström Singapore from Maersk Tankers Singapore. The transaction will be finalized by 2 September, Integra says. Financial terms were not disclosed. Broström Singapore will be renamed BTS Tankers and will continue to operate as a separate company.
