Tosoh and Ube upgrade earnings projections

Tosoh and Ube Industries have each revised their earnings and sales forecasts for the full fiscal year, ended 31 March. Tosoh expects to record full-year net profits of ¥16 billion ($160 million), having previously forecast net profits of ¥8 billion. Tosoh predicts full-year sales of ¥670 billion, having previously forecast full-year sales of ¥650 billion. The company expects operating profits of ¥24 billion for the fiscal year, having previously forecast operating profits of ¥20 billion. The earlier forecasts were announced in November...
