Shin-Etsu to Build Plants in Vietnam for Silicone-based LED Materials and Rare Earths

Shin-Etsu Chemical says plans to build plants for silicone-based materials for high-brightness light-emitting diode (LED) packaging as well as the separation and refinement of rare earths in Vietnam.
